Reasons to Wake Up Early

Sleeping is part of every human beings daily routine. I like sleeping as much as anyone else. However, my curiosity led me to research a bit more about sleeping and made me realize some things I never had though off before.
Motivated to know more about sleeping, I drastically read an article online that tells us about over sleeping. It is entitled too much sleep can lead to restless nights. This is true to the fact that I have personally experience it. also, in that article it was claimed by researchers that those people who sleep too long had many medical complaints than those who sleep stricly within seven to eight hours a day.
Another article I had read online says something about lack of sleep. A team of scientists claim that lack of sleep increases the risk of catching cold after studying 153 men and women for two weeks. As such, they said that those who sleep fewer than seven hours of sleep are likely three times the normal risk of getting sick. Now its getting me wack of the said report.
Moving forward, I'm certain that too much sleep and too short sleep drastically causes a person to be unhealthy. In fact, after I consulted a doctor about it... The doctor recommends a 7-8 hours of sleep to stay healthy and a daily exercise. This lead me to look for reasons why and what to do when you wake up early. Below are my personal reasons:
- First Things First! When you want to wake up early you should also sleep early. Its a layman process of staying asleep for seven to eight hours a day! However, for you to be able to wake up early in-case you have a hard time, you should use an alarm clock or something that would wake you at the right time. Constant practice make your body adjust and in the process, you will adopt to it. Just remember that you should sleep 7-8 hours and wake up early in the morning.
- Early morning is the best choice for personal development. I personally think it is because when you wake up, you are refreshed. That way you are mind set is of to improve your ability whichever that you like. You can read career books or whatever you like. You can practice and do stuff other people would admire.
- Keep your self healthy! Early morning is a perfect time for an exercise. You can do indoor or outdoor exercise. You can go to a gym or play basketball or do some sports together with your friends, family or someone in your community. You not only exercise but also keeping in touch with your social life.
- Increase your productivity. When you wake up early, you have a longer time to do some stuff. You can do household chores or whatever necessary things you need to do. You also have enough time to prepare properly and think of things you need or even plan your day long activities.
- Say bye bye to Trafic. If you are living in an urbanized place and deals with traffic during upon going to your office or some place, the only way to avoid traffic when traveling is to avoid rush hours! That way you avoid the stress traffic does to you.
That about all I can think off. Hoever, those are just some of the things we can do early in the morning and we, rather each of us can do our own stuff daily. The only essentiall to this is to become fit and become healthy by making our morning fruitfull!

My problem is I can't seem to sleep until the sun comes up...And when I do sleep I can only sleep for about 4hrs...I'm always tired...

These are some good tips. I know that when I wake up early, I feel like I have all the time in the world to get tasks completed. It's too bad that I'm a night owl! I voted this up and useful. :)
